Information

At Tranquillity we try to make your visit as pleasurable as possible, please adhere to the following policies in order to show consideration to other customers and staff.

Arrivals

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can check you into the salon. In order that you benefit fully from your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to others, we respectfully ask that all mobile phones are switched off whilst in the salon.


Cancellation Policy

Credit card details may be required to secure your appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours notice or 50% of the cost of the appointment may be charged. You will be sent a courtesy reminder approximately 48 hours piror to your appointment.


Lateness

We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.


Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to other clients and possible interference with the electronic equiment we do not allow the use of mobile phones in the clinic.

Child Policy

As a condition of our approval by the Healthcare Commission we do not allow children into the clinic. Please be aware that we may have to turn you away for your appointment if you arrive accompanied by a child.
